CAN AN ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE PLUG DIRECTLY INTO ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA?

Yes. EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra (Inverter + Battery) works as a standalone unit powering electrical appliances of up to 7200W. There are 11 outlets on the inverter, including NEMA 5-20, TT30, L14-30 supporting 30A, USB-C, and USB-A.

HOW MANY WAYS CAN ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA CONNECT TO A HOME?

There are 3 ways EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra can connect to a home:

1. Inlet box
2. Transfer switch
3. EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2

CAN ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA BE CHARGED USING AN ECOFLOW SMART GENERATOR?

The EcoFlow Dual Fuel Smart Generator can charge the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra using an EcoFlow AC Charging Cable (NEMA 5-15P to C19).

EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra can not be charged using DC through an XT150 cable.

Third-party generators can charge EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra using the EcoFlow AC Generator Charging Adapter.

The EcoFlow Smart Generator can be switched on or off through the EcoFlow app.

CAN THE ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA CHARGE USING EXISTING ROOFTOP SOLAR?

Yes, it’s compatible with existing solar systems, including rooftop solar.* For each EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter, solar input can reach a maximum of 5600W (16.8kW with 3 inverters) with the following:

High voltage PV: 80-450V, 15A, 4000W Max
Low voltage PV: 30-150V, 15A, 1600W Max

*If you connect the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra to PV system circuits installed on or in buildings, according to NEC regulations, the system shall include a rapid shutdown function to ensure operation safety and reduce shock hazards for emergency responders. If you wish to connect the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra to PV system circuits, a pre-purchase consultation must be completed by a qualified electrician or installer.

CAN ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA/ECOFLOW SMART HOME PANEL 2 RUN WITHOUT THE ECOFLOW APP?

EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 requires the EcoFlow app to run. EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra works without the EcoFlow app, but it is recommended for convenience.

CAN THE ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA CONNECT TO THE ORIGINAL ECOFLOW SMART HOME PANEL?

No. You can purchase an EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 and an EcoFlow Double Voltage Hub - Power Input/Output (DELTA Pro) (connects 2 × EcoFlow DELTA Pro to EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2) to replace the original EcoFlow Smart Home Panel and connect 2 × EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra and 2 × EcoFlow DELTA Pro at the same time to achieve a 21.6kW output.

WILL THE SMART HOME PANEL 2 WORK WITH A DELTA PRO?

If you connect one DELTA Pro, it will only get charged through the Smart Home Panel 2 - it will not discharge.

However, if you connect 2 DELTA Pro power stations with the Double Voltage Hub, they can charge and discharge with a maximum output of 7200W.

HOW MANY ECOFLOW DELTA PRO/ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA UNITS ARE SUPPORTED BY ECOFLOW SMART HOME PANEL 2?

EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 can connect to EcoFlow DELTA Pro and EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra. Up to 3 EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverters can connect to EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2, with each inverter allowing for 5 batteries. A total of 2 EcoFlow DELTA Pro units can connect to the EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 using the EcoFlow Double Voltage Hub - Power Input/Output (DELTA Pro).

DOES ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA WORK WITH AN EXISTING GRID-TIED SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT HAVE A BACKUP FEATURE?

Unfortunately, EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra cannot connect and feedback to the grid.

DOES A SINGLE ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA HAVE A 240V OUTPUT?

Yes, it does. Even if EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra is connected to 120V, it can output 240V.

CAN AN ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA BATTERY CHARGE WITHOUT THE ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA INVERTER?

No. The EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Battery needs to be connected to an EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra Inverter to charge. EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra is not compatible with third-party inverters.

HOW LONG IS THE ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA WARRANTY?

EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 has a 10-year of quality assurance warranty. EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra has a 5-year warranty, with its LFP batteries lasting for as long as 10 years with up to 3500 cycles.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL ECOFLOW SMART HOME PANEL 2?

EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2's installation time may vary depending on the scope of work required and the current configuration of the circuits in your home. For most homes, EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 installs in 3-8 hours, which is similar to replacing a standard distribution box.

CAN I INSTALL THE ECOFLOW SMART HOME PANEL 2 BY MYSELF?

EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 must be installed by certified installers and electricians who have completed EcoFlow Smart Home Panel 2 product training.

WILL INSTALLING ECOFLOW SMART HOME PANEL 2 AND ECOFLOW DELTA PRO ULTRA AFFECT NEM 2.0?

No. Since EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra it won't affect NEM 2.0. It cannot be connected to NEM 2.0 rooftop photovoltaic systems, so a new system would need to be installed.

We would accept returns if you notify us via email at support@delta-portablepowerstations.com within 30 days after your package had been delivered (according to the tracking information provided). If 30 days had gone by after your package was delivered, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not used/opened.

In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 60 days of receiving the item. To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photo/video evidence of the product's manufacturing defects via email at support@delta-portablepowerstations.com. If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund would be processed, and a credit would be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days.

Any orders that are rejected by the customer for any reason other than damage in shipment or wrong items shipped must pay return shipping cost.

15% restocking fee may additionally be assessed for any refused product, damaged, returned, or otherwise. Furthermore, Delta - Portable Power Stations only accepts returns for unopened merchandise if customers decide to not use it.

For the return of US orders, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users) + shipping cost. For quality issues, we will give you the full refund or one-time free replacement after you receive the goods.

After you returned the product to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days, you'll be notified with an email once your order is refunded.

Return Shipping Cost

We will charge you the shipping fee under these circumstances: 

• If you cancel your order over 24 hours and within 30 days without any reasons, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users) + shipping cost.
• Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
• Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
• Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
